Re: M50 Controls Compared to M5

The M-series offers a great way to take advantage of cheap FD lenses so when my M5 passes on I'd probably replace it with an M50 II.

M50II sounds like the way to go for you!

I'd say it is the way to go for most

M6II is a beast that needs specific processes, software, and glass to get the most out of it- which takes a lot of time to understand and then optimize.  I've enjoyed doing so, but many will not like that road to optimize the results.

I use my M5 almost exclusively in manual mode with manual lenses that have aperture rings. All I have to worry about on the camera is shutter speed which can be changed by rotating the shutter button collar.

Is that also how the M50 does shutter speeds in manual and Tv mode?
