200MP Samsung sensor

The recently announced 200MP Samsung sensor raises many questions. The pixel pitch is just 640nm, that's in the middle of the visible spectrum.

How is it possible to make microlenses and color filters for such small pixels? Wouldn't (especially red) photons spread over many pixels with little separation? And is it even possible to get 200MP image from that sensor without some kind of diffraction analysis and reconstruction?
