Missed focus or camera shake?

Hi all,

I have a Sony A6000. I normally use the Sony 50mm f/1.8 lens, but recently I got the Sigma 30mm f/1.4, and the other day I tried it for the first time.

At one point, after taking a photo of St. Paul's Cathedral, I looked on the LCD screen and noticed that St. Paul's wasn't sharp. This seemed odd because I was using a shutter speed of 1/200, but I went back and took the shot at 1/250 and it was sharp. So I assumed it was camera shake, as the lens isn't stabilised.

However, when looking through my photos, I saw that some of my 1/80 photos were sharp, so now I'm not sure.

Do you think this is missed focus or camera shake? I focused on St. Paul's Cathedral, using AF-S, and the camera showed that focus had been achieved. I've never missed focus in a case like this with my Sony lens.
