Thanks for your location. In that case it's very likely a female or immature Black-headed Grosbeak. Keep an eye out for her mate, then you'll know for sure...

Cornell Labs' Merlin app agrees, based on the OP's image and stated location, and identifies this as Pheucticus melanocephalus, a Black-headed Grosbeak
