Budget (Under $50) Handheld ENG / Interview / Reporter Mic?

Anyone got suggestions on an INEXPENSIVE (it is for a school project) handheld microphone that doesn't totally suck???

I am specifically looking for the type of mic news reporters would use "in the field" and hold in their hand, then point in the face of someone they are interviewing in the field.

It doesn't require GREAT audio quality, but it has to deal with handling noise. And not suck too bad.

There is a $25 microphone on amazon called Bestshoot Condenser Interview Microphone. Anyone ever use it?

Since this is going to be used by high school kids, it needs to be:

1) Cheap and disposable (in case they drop it or leave it somewhere).

2) Easy to use (so no Lavs, unless there is a way to hand-hold a lav and eliminate handling noise), no boom pole operators, etc.

Thanks in advance.
