Usually, when there's oil on the aperture blades it's quite easily recognizable as oil deposits. Over the years, I've had many a lens suffering from this issue. To be honest, none of these looked like what is showing in your photos of the lens. I don't really think you have oil on the blades. More likely it's just very minor marks on the blades caused by them opening and closing and sliding over each other. I don't think I'd be very worried if this was my lens, I would certainly not return it to the seller for this.
