There is a low light ev based on camera displayed ISO

Nikon Z6 II 10.73 ev

panasonic G9 9.76 ev

benefit around 1 stop

if you look at engineering DR is 1 and 1/3 stop

Having shot the S5 and the G9 at the same time I can confirm this is pretty much the situation around 1 and 1/3 stops.

Those values assume a normalised print area as usual

I'm sure I will understand what you just said one day, but that day isn't today :-/

I'm afraid I'm one of those people who stop finding something interesting when it becomes technical. I trust that you're saying the Z6 has 1-2 stops of advantage over the G9 and will figure out the details in due course

1 stop not 2 which is the reason why I sold the S5

It makes sense to go full frame if you have more megapixels or you use low megapixels on specific use case i.e low light photography otherwise i would not bother

for clarity low light photography means shooting at f/2 and wider out if necessity not f2.8
