GFX 100S Beginner Crop Question

My impression was that when I specify a crop like 16:9, the JPEG would be cropped, but the RAW image would be full sensor. Pretty sure that is what I had seen before on this camera. And that is what the Fuji site says (https://fujifilm-x.com/en-us/exposure-center/explore-aspect-ratios-with-the-gfx-system/). But today I had inadvertently left the 16:9 setting on, and my RAW images are all cropped to 6552 X 11648. This will interfere with stitching for a pan, my intention for the shots. I am used to shooting "longer" 35mm images, so I didn't notice the crop from 4:3 on the screen, my bad.

I am hoping though that there is some way to get back the full 4:3 images, what would I need to do in order to recover these please? Or are they actually gone? FWIW, I am using Bridge to access the negatives, but even if I look at them directly on the card, I am seeing them cropped...

Woops!

Thanks for your help,

Nathan
