My external HDD fell on its side, what should I do?

I have an external HDD that I use to do backups of my photos. During one such backup, I accidentally bumped into it, and it fell from a vertical orientation to its side. This is one of those WD HDD that stand upright like a book, and on reflection I should have laid it on its side to begin with, but I followed the photo on the box, stupid me.

I believe that this was during the comparison phase of the operation (where it is comparing the master files with the image on the backup drive), so it was most likely reading at the time.

After the operation was complete, I re-synced the drive and there was no changes (re-syncing allows the backup process to determine if there are any differences in master and image in case a file was not properly copied over etc.).

I also did a chkdsk with no options /

It did not turn up any issues.

Should I be concerned? Would you recommend running more tests?
