Re: Wideangle lens recommendations for L-mount

I use the Sigma 14-24, this is an awesome lens! I also own the TTArtisan 2.8/11 Fish and the Samyang XP 3.5/10 for extreme wide angle shots.

We had some long discussions about the TTArtisan here in this forum, so check these out. I‘m very satisfied with it! But it‘s a fisheye, so a special lens and not a standard ultra wide angle.

The Samyang I own is ok with aperture 8, but open or even at 5.6 the Sigma is much better. But the angle of 10mm is sometimes worth to use it…
I don‘t know if I have a bad copy or if this is standard with the Samyang. I bought it second hand and never had a chance to compare it with other siblings. But for my typical usage with lost places or architecture the quality with 8.0 is decent enough for me
