I agree. I have used ISO 6400 for bird shots and the feather deails were still clearly visible. I use Topaz as a plugin in Photoshop CC and most of the times it does a good job if you spend some time tweaking the settings.

Which Topaz features would you use on such a shot? The NR alone or sharpening as well?
