Exposure is determined by aperture (f-number) whatever the camera.  So if you get the correct exposure at 1/250s, f/1.8, ISO 200 on your camera, those figures will also be correct for any size of camera.

Depth of field is a different matter, and that is where you need to know the crop factor.

So on your camera with a crop factor of 2.7, the depth of field you get with an 18mm lens at f/1.8 will be exactly the same as the DoF on a FF camera with a 18x2.7 = 50mm lens at 1.8x2.7 = f/5
