Aperture (light though the lens) - cropfactor vs full frame

Hi,

Once I had a small pocket camera (Canon GX7MKII) which has a max. aperture of f1.8 at 8.8 mm (corresponding to focal length of 24 mm at full frame. Crop factor is 2.7).

Today I have a full frame with a 24 mm/f1.8 lens

Does the same amount of light enter both cameras? Or should the crop factor also be applied to aperture so that max. aperture is f1.8 x 2.7 = f4.9 on GX5MKII compared to f1.8 on full frame?

I know about the DOF from cameras with cropfactor vs FF. I'm only talking about the light through the lens.
