There is "green/magenta" color noise in the eyelid.

Use the green magenta slider in SPP to reduce those issues. I do a custom white balance also. That should improve your tans and browns. To get rid of noise, use the SPF mode and start learning that mode. Save as a 16-bit TIFF and perform color correction in SPP, then finish in something else. Also, the hotter the camera gets, the more noise you will have. Find a way to keep the camera cool. Take a few shots, then turn it off.
