Receiving a $1000 budget gift, would like opinions
1

Well, I feel a bit greedy, but would still welcome opinions. Thanks to some special milestones in my life (don't ask), I have the opportunity for a gift from the family.  The budget is $1000.

I have great gear, with the X-T2 and X100F being my primary cameras. No complaints. But I do not own any pocketable camera, nor do I own any 1.4 Fuji lenses. So, here are my options.

* A mint x70 Fuji, almost pocketable, very highly rated and with a fixed 28mm equivalent lens at 2.8. Wider perspective than my X100F at 35mm equivalent, and I would not have to carry my 10-24 so often when needing a wide perspective.

* A Ricoh GRIII (also 28mm equivalent), truly pocketable, but scares me due to a crazy number of complaints re dust, and so little U.S. support for Ricoh.

* The new 18mm 1.4 from Fuji, which is extraordinary but certainly does not work for going small and light.

There are pros and cons to each, I guess. I am hoping to do more photo walks in my upcoming retirement, and to learn a bit more about landscapes.

I am a lucky man to have such a decision to make. All opinions, even insults, are welcome. Thanks.
