For me the primary benefit of an ILC is flexibility. The Sony RX 10 is a rather large  one camera solution. Essentially your carrying around a 600mm FL when you’re shooting 24-70mm . 
In the m43 universe it would be hard to beat at reasonable cost the RX10 for telephoto photography. So maybe keep the Sony, get a less advanced m43 body and either a midrange zoom or a couple of primes.
