Reasons to switch from Sony Rx10 iv to Olympus OM-D

In a previous thread I asked about OM-D E-M5iii vs E-M1ii.

Now having taken that on board and having looked at the costs involved in building a system that would replace my RX10, I am having difficulty justifying it.

So I am looking at pros and cons of going the M43 route.

Pros: Presumably better image quality due to physically larger sensor. Lighter weight with many lenses, especially if I build a selection of primes, though I have always been a zoom man, even going back to my film SLR days. More versatile system once I have collected it all together, but at significant cost.

Cons: Will need to buy and carry several lenses to replicate Rx10 24-600.

What am I missing?
