Settings for High-speed (7fps) on EOS M6 mark II
2

Hello to you all

I'm testing the high-speed shooting (7 fps) with my new M6 Mk2. I use the native EF-M 18-150mm, trying to decide between Single shot and Servo. My objects have been cars, people jogging, bicycles, swinging kids even a badminton shuttle. I have tried with oncoming objects, but I noticed improvement with shooting from side. (The 32mm f/1.4 has much higher IQ in 7fps, but cannot zoom). Here are my settings.

1. The ISO is set to AUTO to overcome the limitations of the slow lens.
2. Shutter speed is at 1/500 (Canon recommends 1/1000 or higher) to avoid high ISO speed.
3. Aperture is at f/6.7 for larger depth of field.

Questions:
1. In SERVO mode how do different AF modes affect the result (the keepers): Tracking, Spot AF (smaller than 1-point), 1-point (single AF point), Zone AF (Use Zone AF Frame to focus on SUBJECTS!)?
2. When is ONE SHOT AF used in high-speed? Isn't is sometimes better than SERVO?
3. What is the best metering in high-speed: Evaluative, Partial, Spot or Center-weighted.
4. As you can see in the attached image there is too much noise. All my photos with the EF-M 18-150mm have the same noise. The High ISO NR is set to Low, Long exp. NR is OFF. How can I achieve less noise - change settings or buy faster zoom or prime lens?
