I'm upgrading from a T5i and have many EF lenses. I got a Z6 body and an Altson EF-NZ adapter for $99CAD for my EF lenses, but the AF keeps hunting in Pinpoint AF mode. The other modes work fine 75% of the time.

I'm hoping to get some wildlife shots and other travel photos, so the Z6 seems great.

Should I get a more expensive adapter, like the Fringer one? Or, just try to get a Canon EOS RP/90d/M6 II? Used 7d IIs seem to have very high shutter counts.

Thanks in advance!

Not sure why you want to do this.  Most people think the strength of the Nikon Z system is the Z lenses.  If you plan to use EF lenses, why did you think a Nikon body would be better?
