Agreed. The EVF is decent, but the implementation not so much.

The weight of the thing is not a lot but the EVF makes it bulky in the bag and makes it noticeable if I take it out. I suppose I could remove the EVF when packing in the bag to make the fit a little bit less tight.

And this is why I didn't keep it. Build that EVF into the camera like the fuji, and the EOS 6.2 is a winner. 22 and 18-135 lens was all I needed. But that evf was a pain...

I guess it works for others to have it as an add on option.

amazon made it impossible to not like it. I got a renewed (in the original box... probably never used) camera with the EVF and the kit lens. I think I paid 902. if I sell the kit lens to MPB, it ends up being even cheaper.
