Finally Fuji confirmed that they will make a tilt/shift lens that shall come in 2023. Great.
But no focal length was specified. The only hint in the x-summit material is a screenshot that says: "For still life, architecture and any commercial use."

I hope they choose the right focal length - which would be 30mm in my eyes. For my own architectural work this is the most needed focal length. For longer focal lengths I can adapt the excellent TS-E 50mm and TS-E 90mm. An even wider lens than 30mm would be a welcome addition as a second or third GF TiltShift lens, but never as the first one in the system. Too wide, too rare in the use cases.

What do other architecture photographers in this forum think? What do you hope for?

Marc

If you look closely at the lens as it's being held in the X-Summit video you can see what looks like 30mm f/4 on the lens barrel, along with 105mm for the filter size. It's a big lens.
