There is no adaptor from R to Z because the mount diameters are nearly the same.

However, the flange focal distance for the Z mount is only 16 mm, whereas for the Canon RF mount it is 20 mm So an RF to Z adaptor could be constructed.

A dumb adapter for MF lenses, yes. But there’s no space for electronics. The Sony E to Z adapters use the fact that the E throat is so narrow compared to Z to get the volume necessary for electronics. That’s not an option for R to Z because the throat diameters are fairly close.

EDIT: As pointed out by another poster even a dumb adapter is not possible due to the required depth for the bayonet combined with the similar mount diameters.
