Dust inside EF-M 18-150

Hi all,

I have a EF-M 18-150 which I use a lot. During a cleaning session, I saw some dust on the inside of the back element and the first internal element seen from the back. These dust particles are quite visible when shooting on very small apertures.

During daily photography, with 'normal' apertures you of course don't notice them, but is there a way (without disassembling the lens) to remove or at least move these particles?

The particle on the left is on the inside of the back element, the particle on the top is on the first moving element.

I do change lenses often but off camera all lenses are always stored with caps on both front and end. So I have no idea how this dust got on the inside of the lens...
