I noticed it straight away on my X-H1 and was concerned until I read it was normal for Fuji. I still don’t understand why both my older Pentax’s with IBIS are silent.

Do they have a stabilised view through the ovf?

Most of the stuff I take pictures of are static so I have to admit I don’t know! The image seems solid enough though so I’m guessing yes? Let me know if you find out in case anyone asks me again!

Without researching and not knowing what model you refer to most of the older implementations used sensor shift at the point of shutter actuation. Have you tried that method on the Fuji to see if it reduces the high frequency noise?

I don’t think I’ve not tried that. But like others I’m used to it now. My old Pentax’s with IBIS were K5 and K10.
