The beauty of shooting with a digital camera is you can take a test shot and dial it in from there. Actual settings will depend on how many and how close the lights are to the subject and to some extent how much space the subject takes in the light tent.  You might have to dial in +1 exposure compensation (EC) if a lot of white is in your photo.

So as a starting point: AF-S, manual focus point selection, A mode, Auto ISO, +1 EC, f16 take a test shot and see what happens.

Adjust your focus point and f-stop so you get everything you need in focus.  Adjust EC so the image is pleasing.  Adjust your lights so shadows are eliminated or placed where you want them.
