What apertures can work for raw video indoors?

I'm more of a hobby photographer, but occasionally take photos, now likely to do some more video, at events and gatherings indoors. Conference type overhead lightning for the benefit of members and participants.

This isn't commercial, but I'd like them to look as good as possible. Artistic effect, depth of field manipulation is not important, I'd just like them to be sharp and low noise. Postprocessing very possible. Aiming for a GH6 (MFT sensor) and using autofocus.

I've got a decent understanding of what works with photo apertures, but not really for video. For example, F4 in my experience is too high for still photos, but I have no idea for video. Also, noise and noise reduction may be different perceptually.

There's the:

  • Panasonic f1.7 zooms,
  • the old Olympus Four Thirds f2 zoom,
  • the panasonic and olympus f2.8 zooms,
  • the panasonic 12-60mm f2.8-f4, which I'd probably be using at f4 only - bonus that it's reportedly parfocal
  • the Olympus 12-100 f4

What apertures can produce good results under these conditions?

Just to clarify, looking for the highest f-number that can still produce very low noise video after postprocessing, under these conditions. Is that f2, f2.8, f4? no upper limit?
