May I ask how long ago you had it repaired? I had the ribbon cable on mine replaced 3 or 4 years ago and am wondering how long I can expect it to last. The 9-18 is my most used lens, though a little less so since I got the brilliant little Laowa 10 f/2.

I had it repaired in April of 2014. It was my first m43 lens. I bought it new with my EM5.1 so I used it much more in the early days and less as my lens collection expanded.

I don't have a log of all the pictures i have taken with it so I cant give you a more accurate estimation of how much more life to expect. Presumably it is fixed to mostly the same standard as a new lens.
