you just confirmed what i trying to prove. double shutter speed records only the half of the frame with current real life moment of the picture, next, lower half of the frame - will be recorded with the later one real_life_moment and so on, the shorter shutter speed - the less real life in every frame. every frame will be frankinshtiyned with the stripes of different time_moments in real life timeline.

only equal fps to shutter speed gives you the frame consisting of the same moment of the real life moment
