I am on my second 5DSr and have had an R5 since January.  Love them both.  However, be advised that IMO, the R5 is very complicated.   The 5DSr is not.  Per your stated spec of Landscape only, both are excellent and very similar.  But you have a 5DIV (which my brother has), and I don't see a need for you to change and agree that you've answered your own question.

PS  I prefer the R5, but I also do more then landscapes.  It is just a much more capable camera for people and creatures.  Focusing is simply killer and dynamic range is very, very good.
