That effect doesn't come from the lens but from the distance between the camera and the "model"

Edit: Lenses can introduce distortion (barrel, mustache or picushion distortion), but that's not the same as "compression" that come from the perspective (the distance between you and your focus point and the ratio between that distance and the distance between your focus and the background)

The effect on the link above is the combination of both the distance that changes in order to keep the same FoV with different focal lengths and the lens distortion caused by the lens geometry.
