Mobile Photography vs Dslr Photography

So I’ve been shooting a little now on my 80D and know the exposure triangle and learning stuff everyday. I see a photo now and I try to guess what exposure it is. I think I’m hooked.

Anyway today I was at the store and my wife showed me an outfit and I took a picture of it with my wife’s galaxy note 10+ , looked at the details and it was f/2.2 1/60 at iso 200 I said to myself that the store was well lite and why would the camera choose these settings. Knowing full well if my wife moved a little that there would be blurr like crazy.

Question  is why would a phone that is high end pick these settings and how did the image come out so tack sharp? I wouldn’t have choose those settings and probably none of you.
Thanks
