Many thanks for your input in this. The sugestion of a cooler box is interesting but with a camera that is supposed to be for astrophotography I would expect that behave accordinly to its purpose and not be so afected by summer temperature in that way.

We  have a Canon EOS R and used it also for astroimaging for almost two years now and we do not see this situation of white pixels even in summer time (some of the sessions the frames reported 41 degree C), The R is showing the usual hot and stuk pixels and more noise background but nothing else.
