Office lighting, monitor/desk lamp with good spectrum for editing?

Hi there,

There are some old threads and information, but I couldn't find any good pointers.

I need a different light in the room I use for editing my photos, and I wonder what to use. I have GU10 spots in the ceiling, I could replace them with Soraa spots, but I'm not sure if it makes sense. I don't need that much light so I usually turn it off, but then it's too dark.

I then came across the BENQ ScreenBar Plus which seems to have accurate colours a lamp attached to the monitor is very nice. However, the problem is that it only fits monitors with a max depth of 3cm, I've got an EIZO CG276, and it probably wouldn't work with it.

Can anyone recommend any other solutions? Preferably a lamp that attaches to my monitor.

Thank you in advance!
