Iso performance between Fuji XT1 and XT2

Hi guys,

I have a Fuji X-T2 and want to keep an X-T1 as a backup. My first important question is the iso performance between the two cameras. I've read the X-T1 JPEGs at iso 6400 produce waxy skin tones. But what about the Raw files at iso 6400 after some careful processing. Do they still don't exhibit much information.

I also have just a small doubt. If I underexpose my image at iso6400 and push it a stop while processing, will I have an iso 12800 equivalent image(XT-1 is iso invariant like many others) or I'm getting this wrong?
