Weird artifacts coming from extreme backglights and affecting the shadows areas .

Hello guys. i noticed a strange phenomenon that i search around internet for similar occasion but i couldnt find.

I noticed strange artifacts mostly vertical lines in green or sometimes yellow colors that appears in extreme back lights but affects the shadows exactly near those lights. The camera i am using is D700, is not matter or lens or aperture iso or shutter speed. Also the last 2 images is a crop from the same image. in the first part those green lines appearing and in the second part ( that is not contrasty image) those lines not appear. so my conclusion this lines are appearing in strong backlight but affecting the shadows that are nearby. any help?

if the light is exceed the "limit" those lines appears. some examples. I noticed this problem just now but going back  2-3 years i own this camera the problem is there but i didnt notice it .
