Metadata for Film Thread

Hi everyone,

I have recently embarked on a project to digitize my family's collection of negatives and slides. I've equipped myself with an Epson V600 scanner, SilverFast 9 and Lightroom Classic.

So far I have managed to get a few rolls scanned but I'm finding that it's becoming harder to add certain information using the metadata tab.
I'd like to add the following information:

  • Camera details (make, model, lens, film ISO, film brand)
  • Shooting details (focal length, aperture)
  • Digitization (date of digitization, equipment)

All these fields aren't available in the normal metadata preset tab, even when I try to create a new preset.

I'd like someone's advice on how I can create custom fields for keeping information as above. I know Negative Lab Pro has a feature to allow this.

Thank you
