Yeah, I wasn't able to see the EXIF via my browser. What aperture was this shot at?

You might set a smaller aperture (like f/16), shoot a blue sky or a blank wall (being careful not to overexpose). Then apply "Auto Contrast" or something similar (like increasing contrast tremendously), and then recheck for dust.

This was shot at F6.3, 1/3 s, ISO 100 at 55.00mm. Initially, i did not notice it when i was shooting other subject. Only saw it after pointing the camera on the tiles.

I will try your recommendation to recheck it. Thanks.
