Lens focal length & crop factor APSC vs FF

I am currently using a Sony 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 OSS APS-C E-mount Zoom Lens on my A6400. I noticed that most of the shots I took are on full zoom (marked 135mm on the camera) and marked as follows in EXIF.

Focal Length - 135mm ; 35mm Equivalent - 202mm

1) The EXIF information and lens markings are for APSC right ? They dont multiply the 1.5 crop factor when marking the lens on an APSC lens. But if I were to look at a full frame lens (also compatible with APSC) the lens markings would correspond to the 35mm equivalent above. Is that correct ?

2) I'm looking to upgrade to a prime lens to capture the same kind of images. So do I get 85mm lens / 135mm lens / 202mm lens ? All are full frame lenses.

3) And the EXIF would show what is marked on the camera regardless of whether it is full frame or APSC lens ?
