Best for bounce fill is usually white foamcore. You can get 1/8th inch thick at art supply shops if you want something cheap, but it will get beat up pretty quickly and doesn't stand firmly. Usually ½ inch is used for V Flats (Kunze talks about them in the vid I linked). But you can also get a 5x7ft black/white collapsible reflector that works well, too, like this:

They're not as efficient as a foamcore panel, but they do the job and are easier to collapse/carry. I have two from that brand, but they're larger than what's shown there. I can't seem to find the right link.

In addition to being portable and collapsible, they're easy to setup - I typically just use a lightweight kit stand and a medium A clamp to hang them.
