Should Sony adopt an integrated vertical grip design for the flagship body?
1

After Nikon Z9 being spotted at Tokyo olympics, now we can see the flagship mirrorless body from all three brands (Z9 / R3 / A1). Sony A1 is the only one without an integrated vertical grip. Sony A1 is also the only flagship body which does not have a top panel LCD and keep the PASM mode Dial. In other words, Sony choose to use the same body design and control layout across its whole A7/A9/A1 lineup.

While A1 is definitely the most compact one among the three when not attaching a vertical grip. Meanwhile, the integrated design of Z9 and R3 surely provide larger space for more controls. What do you prefer?
