Sensor cleaning

Hi, local shop wants $60.00 to clean my sensor, so I'm going to have to learn to do this myself { assuming I'll need to clean it whenever it becomes dirty which will get costly at a shop} .It seems easy enough and not rocket science.  Can anyone recommend a good, safe cleaning kit? The VisibleDust EZ seems to have good reviews but would like to hear some opinions/suggestions.

Also, assuming it should be blown out with duster first, then one wet swipe, flip swab, swipe other direction. If still dirty, use a new swab, right?
