How you describe your relationship with the k3-III is making me smile.

So many students came in at some point with Sony camera's, shops pushing those hard. There was nothing wrong with Sony but i personally got never a connection with those camera's, the strange menu choices, the omission of buttons. The extensive list of : "if you do that, you can't do that". If i speak some of those students now, more then some are gone to other brands. It's about connection with your gear, for me definitely.

To be really honest I don't remember very well that Sony camera I had ... I remember the display was slow and lagging. And yes the menus seemed stupid.

When I first put my eye to the viewfinder of K100D, I thought : "wow it's clear and big it's great". You have to understand, I never used a film SLR

Thanks for your story, have fun with the marvel K3-III.

Many thanks !
