True, and very important!

It is also why I think they are poor choices for new photographers - you need to know what you need where with Sony.

The same is true for all other brands. Menus that you use for the first time, with hundreds of items and many terms you are unfamiliar with, will be owerwhelming. There is no other way around this than learning the menu system to know.
