Going in circles trying to replace my GH5 -- PLEASE help!

I can’t seem to narrow down my choices enough, so I’m coming here for advise.

I’ve had a GH5 since they came out (upgraded from a GH4), so I’m very familiar with, and greatly like, Panasonic MFT bodies. But I’m willing to consider any mirrorless camera if it fits my needs best. My primary lens is the 12-35 f2.8. I have but rarely use a 35-100 f2.8, because of the weight & size (but also because I’ve found I’m often too darn lazy to bother changing lens in the field).

My ideal camera (which definitely does not exist) would have / be:
1. Lighter weight – no more than about 20 oz / 550g WITH lens (currently its 36 oz / 1030g)
2. Smaller footprint with lens (currently W x H x D is 5.5” x 4” x 6” or 14 x 10 x 15 cm)
3. A big, bright, high res EVF (GH5’s is perfect, but rare on non-Panasonic mirrorless bodies)
4. 24-70mm (35mm equiv) zoom (current); 24-100 or 24-120 would be better
5. Good DR & IQ
5. Good IS (4 stops or better)
5. Good ergonomics (like the GH5 has)
5. Good high ISO performance (GH5 is not terrible, but darn I miss my full-frame 5D MK IV for that)
6. Weather-sealed body + lens
6. Articulating rear LCD
6. HD video @120p, 4k @30p/24p

I’ve ordered these to give an idea of the relative importance I put on each criterion.

I have a list of cameras that meet various aspects of this wish list, but none stand out as THE choice. My top choices are:
-- Olympus OM-D E-M5 III with either Olympus 12-50mm f3.5-6.3 or Panasonic’s 12-32mm pancake or their 12-60mm f3.5-5.6
-- Panasonic G100 with either Panasonic’s 12-32mm pancake or their 12-60mm f3.5-5.6
-- Canon M6 Mark II or M50 Mark II with Canon’s 15-45mm pancake
Have also considered but knocked out a couple of Nikon’s (Z fc and Z50), as well as all Fujifilms (no lens choices I like) and Sonys (the only lens I like brings the weight even on an a6400 up a bit higher than I want, plus Sony doesn’t do articulating rear LCDs – though NOT a deal breaker in itself).

Any opinions on how well my top choices fit my needs? (I’m pretty unclear in comparing a few things, such as IS and high ISO performance.) Any choices I should be considering but haven’t? (I ruled out all compacts, even though I really wanted one. EVFs are not great, I hate power zoom lenses, and they’re wonderful to carry but not so fun to use.)

Sorry if this rambled too much – thanks!
