I can see from just the first image that your 15-45 is badly decentered (left side blurry at the wide end). Maybe see if you can find a better copy for yourself?

Shooting brick wall on a tripod and then flipping camera 180 will show the corners and the issue clearly

the small size of the G1XIII is an appealing compact but the compromises are tough to accept - no free lunch...

as I've suggested before, take your photos to the next level by investing in LIGHT

and even LIGHT outside and on the fly

instead of FLAT shots, LIGHTING gives appealing DEPTH to shots

odin triggers and off camera LIGHT(S) to give DEPTH to portraits - eg, study Rembrandt, Butterfly, and Edge lighting to UNFLATTEN your shots to give flattering DEPTH to portraits -- even on the fly
