Is a well-designed focus bracketing system required…

…for Group/64 type front-to-back-in-focus shots for FF and larger sensor cameras?

It’s at the opposite end of the spectrum from bokeh balls, so pretty subversive these days.

Obviously it depends on the format and the focal length, but with modern sensors and lenses, it would seem to be required.

if so, Fuji seems to be the best option in terms of design and implementation.

it seems crazy that Sony doesn’t have even an R5-style 12 bit version.

Is anyone else really in the game here?
