You can definitely pull and push Ektachrome by one stop.

I doubt if it's worth pushing an underexposed film  now that we can lighten scanned slides on a computer; but as with digital, overexposure is a Bad Thing and hard to fix on the computer. So go to a lab that will pull by one stop.

Or learn to develop your own E6 films. It isn't all that hard.
