So I'm planning to upgrade my camera gear from 1300d to a mirror less format. I have 18-55, 55-250, 50mm lenses.

Obviously only the 50 can be adapted to the RP w/o using crop mode.  All 3 can be adapted to the M.  So, you'll want to get a lens with the RP as well unless you don't mind only getting only 10 megapixels with the EF-S lenses.

With the eos rp I'm not getting any lenses but with the m6 mark 2 I'm getting a basic lens.

Also my hands are kinda big so egomaniacs is going to be a issue for me.

That could be an issue with the M6 II.  Have you had a chance to handle one?  You might want to.  The RP is smaller as well, in comparison to the 1300D but still larger than the M6 II.

There's also the issue of the viewfinder.  If you don't want to give that up you'll have to get the add-on EVF with the M6 II.

Also I'm a street and a travel photographer.

I think either one could be used.  The ergonomics are very different.
