Colors in image change when I upload them

Hi all!

Excited to be a part of this forum and I'm a first time poster. I've been shooting now for about 4 years, but I've started to get a bit more serious in the last 1.5 - 2 years. I started on a Nikon D3400, but I now have a D750. My go to programs are LR and PS, although I've been switching to PS more and more as of late. I feel like I do alright, and overall am pretty happy with my stuff for the most part.

Where I run into issues is when I upload with my images to certain sites, including mine.

When I upload them to FB or Insta, the colors are fine, however when I upload them to Reddit for example the colors in the thumbnail are very de saturated and distorted. It's not until you click on the image that you see the true colors. I feel because the thumbnail is so unattractive, most people don't even bother clicking on my images to see the true colors. It's honestly embarrassing, and turns me away from posting. I make sure when I save that I'm saving in Srgb, and I make sure to embed the color profile. Help! How can I fix this?

Attached are a few examples. Please compare the full size image, to the thumbnail preview. It's a very noticeable difference
