then you quibble about how the 16-55 is nice indoors, because of the extra stop. But this isn’t why you want the lens! You have primes for those.

The XF 16-55mm f/2.8 is indeed weather resistant (WR).  It is the older and much smaller XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4.0 that is not weather sealed.

get the 16-80. Longer reach is nice outside too. At least that’s what it sounds like you really want. Be happy with it, I’m sure it’s fine!
